“Live Forever” will collect two live shows from Hurray for the Riff Raff

The next March 20, Hurray for the Riff Raff –that is, Alynda Segarra and her band– will have a new album on the streets. And that album will be the live album “Live Forever”.

“Live Forever”the next work to be released under the name Hurray for the Riff Raff, will be an album that can be heard in digital format through Nonesuch Records starting on March 20while the vinyl and CD edition will arrive on May 8.

The album will include recordings from two concerts held in the summer of 2025 at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago. The repertoire includes live performances of the entire album “Past Is Still Alive”in addition to standout songs like “Pa’lante” and “Precious Cargo.”

The band’s leader, Alynda Segarra, explains that she wanted to immortalize a special time with her group and pay tribute to the musicians who tour tirelessly. He also appreciates the support of the public who continues to support live music and songs created from a human dimension.

In addition to the release, the lineup has announced a mini tour of the East Coast of the United States, with headlining concerts in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
