Lily Allen retires for a few weeks due to mental health

Lily Allen has revealed in the BBC podcast in which she participates, “Miss Me?”, that she is going to retire “for a few weeks” for mental health reasons. However, and after rumors that she had separated from her partner, actor David Harbor of ‘Stranger Things’, and that he had caught her using crack, Lily Allen has been blunt: “I have not relapsed.” In fact, although he is going to move away from the spotlight for a while, in a place where he is not allowed to use a mobile phone, he is not exactly going to go to rehab.

On the other hand, he has spoken openly about the mental problems he suffers, as reported by NME.

He has said: «It is very difficult for me to be interested in anything. I’m not in a good moment. I’ve been talking about it for months, but now I’m spiraling, spiraling, spiraling, and it’s getting out of hand. I tried to come to the “Miss Me?” Christmas event, had a panic attack and had to go home. The other day I went to the theater with my friends and I had to leave halfway through. I can’t concentrate on anything except the sadness I feel. And it is very, very hard.

Lily Allen has recently been in the news for her uncensored statements on various podcasts. Last spring he said that “having children had ruined (his) career,” and a few months ago he revealed that he makes more money thanks to his feet on social networks than from Spotify royalties. It was, foolishly, one of the reflections on the industry that has given us the most food for thought recently.
