The British training Juno Reactor will perform live in Spain focusing on the compositions they created for the universe of “The Matrix”.
The appointment will take place onMarch 6 at the Teatro Leal (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and the 7th at the Teatro Guiniguada (Las Palmas). Within the eleventh edition of the Tenerife Black.
With these two unique dates in Spain in 2026, the festival reinforces its international commitment after having Yoko Kanno in the last edition. In this edition, the spotlight falls on the electronic universe of Juno Reactor, led by Ben Watkins.
The project maintains a close connection with “The Matrix”since Watkins collaborated with composer Don Davis in the creation of legendary works such as “Burly Brawl” and “Mona Lisa Overdrive”, key to iconic scenes in the franchise.
The 2026 edition of Tenerife Noir, which explores the noir genre from a transversal perspective, also commemorates forty years of the comic ““Watchmen”consolidating its commitment to the dialogue between music, narrative and visual culture.
