Jimmy Eat Worldone of the biggest names in emo to emerge at the end of the nineties, has announced a twenty-fifth anniversary tour of their classic “Bleed American”published in 2001.
There is no doubt that “Bleed American” It is one of the great emo and indie rock albums of the first decade of the 2000s. That is why it was appropriate that tribute be paid as he deserves. And that is precisely what the members of the American band have decided to do.
The group will perform the entire album – although they will not maintain the order of the songs – with the intention of recovering a historical album while discovering some new songs to potential new audiences who discover them later.
We will have to see if at some other time we will be able to see the tour in our country, but at the moment it will not be possible. The tour reaches almost thirty dates throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. The group will pass through cities such as Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, Brooklyn, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Bend, Seattle, Vancouver, Sandy, Concord, Long Beach, Halifax, Cardiff, London, Montreal, Toronto, Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Mexico City, Nashville, Tampa and Orlando.
