Carolina Durante (mentioned in ‘FOMO’), blink-182 or Sexy Zebras are some of the bands that come to mind when listening to Capros. The band from Barcelona has just released their first album, ‘We invite you to this one’, full of mini pop rock and punk anthems like ‘Peldanyos’. This was also the philosophy for their version of ‘DtMF’, which stands out in the panorama of reggaeton rock versions as one of the few that are worth it.
Miguel, Lucas, Iván and Álex have no choice but to put themselves in the shoes of ‘Peldanyos’: “They always confuse me with someone else who is more famous.” We have all been told at some point that we look like someone more famous. Some people get angry, and others don’t care. Capros have decided to turn it into a totally catchy chorus: “Hello, I’m Peldanyos / Take a photo of this mustache / Hello, I’m Peldanyos / Now I’m going to get excited, let’s play the Capros.”
