Bonnie “Prince” Billy, new single and album for March

Bonnie “Prince” Billy reveals the release of his new album “We Are Together Again” for him March 6 and he does so by presenting the single “They Keep Trying To Find You.”

Will Oldham, who hides under the stage name Bonnie “Prince” Billy, will release his new studio album “We Are Together Again” on March 6. This will be a continuation of his previous work “The Purple Bird” (Domino, 25).

Bonnie “Prince” Billy composed the album’s ten pieces between Nashville and the End Of An Ear Studios in Louisville, and did so with her tour mates Jacob Duncan (flute and saxophone) and Thomas Deakin (clarinet, whistle, baritone electric guitar, accordion and cornet), as well as Ryder McNair, Chris Bush, Ned Oldham and Erin Hill.

Counting on the production of Jim Marlowe and Oldham himself, the first song “They Keep Trying To Find You” has already been revealed along with the video clip produced by Jake Forman and directed by Abi Elliott.

In addition to this first song, the album will also feature the songs: “Why Is The Lion?”, “Strange Trouble”, “Life is Scary Horses”, “(Everybody’s Got a) Friend Named Joe”, “Vietnam Sunshine”, “Hey Little”, “Davey Dead”, “The Children Are Sick” and “Bride of the Lion”.

With the intention of presenting this new album, Will Oldham will offer a special concert on January 26 in the St. Giles Church in Camberwell, London.
