The five members of Radiohead They have formed a private company, suggesting that we will have new band activity in the near future.
We have already seen on past occasions how the band anticipated some notable activity by establishing a legal entity. In March of last year they created a new SRL (Limited Liability Company) on the occasion of the announcement of their European tour that passed through Madrid a few months ago.
On this occasion, the five members of Radiohead were appointed directors of “Futile Endeavors Limited”, a private company officially registered in the United Kingdom. Which could mean that in 2026 we could have new activity from the band. At the moment we have no confirmation of what it is about but everything seems to indicate that the English band is planning either a new release or a reissue project.
In previous years, such as the release of the album “A Moon Shaped Pool” in 2016, Radiohead recorded ‘Dawn Chorus LLP’ months before. More recently they founded “Spin With A Grin LL”, six months before the announcement of the reissue of “Kid A Mnesia” of 2021.
