The Family Business LTD, luxury ska punk supergroup, is born

A truly luxurious new ska punk supergroup has been born. It is about The Family Business LTDwho have just announced an album with the single “Floor Burner”, which you can now listen to on platforms.

We know it. Supergroups are often talked about very lightly, but this time it is. How can a group in which the British come together not be Samuel Preston from the ska-mod-pop band The Ordinary Boys, Jordan Cardy of RAT BOYwith the still recent “CRASH!” in Hellcat, and Antonee First Class of the references The English Beatwith the creative collaboration of none other than Tim Armstrong (Rancid) and Jesse Michaels (Operation Ivy).

Together they will publish the album of which the preview “Flood Burner” is a part, which you can now listen to on platforms. The long one will see the light September 25 by the hand of Hellcat Records/(PIAS) and was recorded in just two weeks in Los Angeles with the support of the Californian band of Jamaican sounds The Calamatixof which it is also a part Tim Armstrong.

If ska punk, the 2-Tone sound and the combination of Jamaican energy with the British spirit are your thing, The Family Business LTD could become one of your new favorite groups.
