Schedules for the sixth edition of Sonónica

The festival Sonoric arrives this weekend in Castro-Urdiales with groups like Men G, Lori Meyers, Ultralight and Sexy Zebrasamong others.

A new edition of the festival arrives on Friday, July 17 Sonoric which, for the sixth year, will turn Castro-Urdiales into the musical epicenter of the north. On the first day it will feature the overwhelming live performances of Madrid bands Ultralight and Sexy Zebrasin addition to the generational freshness of Polish Girl and the pop magnetism of Paula Matheus. They complete the line up Besmaya, Dragon Fist, Inazio, Innmir and Mizmaya.

Saturday will be led by the legendary Men G. Along with them, the veterans Lori Meyers, the self-confidence of Barry B.the sonic personality of Malmö 040 and the great electronic party of Chimo Bayo. The poster is completed Galerna, Ecstasy, Lisasinson and Yaiza San Martín.

As usual, the music will take the leap outside the venue: on Saturday between 3pm and 6pm there will be an afternoon with the “El Águila” brass band that will take a tour of Calles Cantón de la Rua s/n, La Rua, Plaza Ayuntamiento, Calle Correria, Calle Arturo Duo and Calle Bilbao. And on the same Saturday, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento is filled with music between 1 and 2:30 p.m. with the sessions of Kike Pena and Pierre May.

The organization provides the public with assistance with the organization of buses that will pass in Cantabria through Santander, Torrelavega, Isla, Noja and Laredo, and in Bizkaia through Bilbao, Barakaldo, Portugalete and Santurtzi. Day tickets and passes are available on the festival website.
