The ARTE channel has shared the special concert that Raye offered at the last edition of the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival, with special guests.
Available until early 2027 in streaming, the ARTE channel has posted the concert with special guests that the British Raye offered last year on YouTube. July 3rd at the Stravinsky Auditorium in the Swiss city of Montreux, a town where one of the most exciting musical events has been held for sixty years.
The British performed with a large backing band, as on her current tour, but surprised locals and strangers with versions and luxury guests. This was their third concert within the festival.
In his repertoire he included, in addition to various songs of his own, versions of artists such as James Brown, Prince, Fairport Convention, George Gershwin, Al Green, Mark Ronson or Alicia Keys. And precisely these last two appeared as special guests on the show to perform the first “Uptown Funk” and “Suzanne”, and the second “If I Ain’t Got You” and “Oscar Winning Tears”.
