Olivia Rodrigo, only top 24 in Spain; Bad Bunny shoots himself

Olivia Rodrigo makes the strongest entry of the week in Spain with the second single from her imminent album, which comes out on June 12. However, that entry has not been as good as those it has had in Australia and Ireland, where it is number 1, or the United Kingdom, where it is number 2.

‘the cure’ reaches number 24 in Spain, in line with other European countries (top 16 in Holland, top 23 in Sweden, top 43 in France) in which English is not the mother tongue. Coinciding with this release, the first single from this album, ‘Drop Dead’, which at the time was number 14, re-enters the top 100, having already fallen. He spends his 4th week of stay in position 92.

The list of the week is led by Bad Bunny, who has the strongest rise with ‘Unforgettable Dance’ (17-5). ‘Nuevayol’ rises to the top 6, ‘DTFM’ rises to 14, ‘Eoo’ to 20… but the news is that it returns with a lot of old and new songs like ‘Café con ron’ (45) ‘Weltita’ (49), ‘Ojitos lindas’ (55), ‘Monaco’ (68) or ‘La canción’ (69), among many others. In total, coinciding with his arrival in Spain on tour, he occupies 21 of the 100 positions on the Promusicae list.

Despite this, there are a couple more entries. Lola Indigo reaches number 41 in the company of Lucho RK with ‘El bachatón de la L’ and Farruko, Greeicy and Steve Aoki reach number 90 with ‘Yapaque’.
