Basement announce new album sharing two singles

The British break their silence. Basement they will launch “Wired”their new album, out on May 8th through Run For Cover Records and to announce it they have shared two songs that will be part of it.

It is his first full-length work in eight years. The band has already released two songs: “Wired” and “Broken By Design.” Both include official video clips.

John Congleton signs the production of “Wired”. Guitarist Alex Henery assures that the group has achieved the sound they always sought. Vocalist Andrew Fisher explores on “Wired” how our behaviors sometimes escape personal control. On the other hand, “Broken By Design” approaches dream pop. Fisher states that this album was born from the need to return to the roots: “We did this just for fun, to see each other and travel.” The band now prioritizes communication and friendship over professional pressure.

Basement will present this new material at the festival Canela Party from Torremolinos (Málaga). The event will take place from August 27 to 29.
