The alt-rock and low-fi group from Miami Clouds will release their next single “Enredados” under the Daydream Library Series label, a label owned by Thurston Moore (ex Sonic Youth) and Eva Prinz.
The band is made up Ale Campos (guitar/vocals) and Emile Milgrim (drums/percussion), who forge endless energy based on their collective DIY roots. For this single they have collaborated with the Daydream Library Series record label in London.
“Enredados” highlights the band’s elegant use of bilingual English/Spanish lyrics. Through multiple lineups, releases, tours, and even a name change, they’ve only begun to scratch the surface.
The song relies on guitars with psychedelic nuances that provoke the very definition of rock n roll euphoria. It’s a refreshing throwback to the grunge sounds of the ’90s combined with vocals that fit perfectly. The single is now available on all streaming platforms and will be followed by a physical release on a seven-inch vinyl single on Friday, December 15, 2023 with the track “Drop-In” on the B-side.
Next November, Las Nubes will be touring various Mexican cities.
