The Madrid band Oba Tenga releases “Libre Otra vez”, a single in which percussion without drums is the protagonist once again and which will be a prelude to what will be his next EP.
Oba Tenga continue to grow, little by little and step by step. The band, formed in 2015 in Madrid, released their first album “Oba Tenga” (Musiteca, 19) from which they extracted their successful “Contrarreloj”, but now the band embarks on a second phase. The group from the capital has released “Libre Otra Vez”, a single in which they opt for a more direct and forceful sound, in addition to enjoying impressive lyrics, subtle arrangements and danceable rhythms. Oba Tenga, furthermore, continues to opt for an unorthodox formula: dispensing with drums, but having two percussionists.
The new single, on the other hand, marks the starting signal for what will be their second EP, and which will include six new songs.
