The Cordoban María José Llergo premieres his version of “Mediterráneo (Amazon Original)”. This adaptation of the classic Serrat comes to light exclusively for Amazon Music.
Amazon Music celebrate the Flamenco Month with the release of this version in which María José Llergo contributes his voice and his flamenco rhythm to the song “Mediterráneo” by the Catalan singer-songwriter Joan Manuel Serrat. The original song is part of the album of the same name by Serrat which became a classic since it came out in 1971. Yerai Cortes accompanies the voice of Llergo on guitar in this flamenco version of “Mediterráneo”.
Just a few days after releasing his latest album “Ultrabeauty”the singer from Córdoba has shared this collaboration with Amazon Music. own Llergo states that “I am delighted to be able to share with my fans my flamenco version of “Mediterráneo”, a hymn that has crossed generations and of which it is an honor to be able to perform my own version.”
